bare (2024) was choreographed by Karam in the summer of 2024. The work premiered at the 2024 Cleveland Dance Fest hosted by The Movement Project. The piece was also performed at the 2025 OhioDance Festival.

The work centers around the weight that tumultuous experiences can carry, and how they impact our everyday existence. bare invites the audience to witness the plaguing of a poignant memory. This results in the unraveling of the mind and body, until the performer is forced to fully embrace it.
